Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

     Cancellation : if you plan on canceling your booking you will have 10 days before your booking dacancel to get 10% of your payment back. if you cancel 48 hours after booking you will get 100% of your booking back. 

• if home is not clean before leaving there will be a fee of $50
• damage done to the home I will charge your card the total of the damage
• Airbnb will provide snacks and drinks in home when you arrive you are more then welcome to have some
• During you stay the host will be available to talk to the hours are available on site
